Floor-by-Floor Plans

It is the desire of the project designers to create a project that will combine the best of public access and remain an exclusive aviation facility. To that end, the vertical spaces were used to create functional areas.

Street Level

The main floor visible from Lemmon Avenue will be dedicated to public spaces. In the entry will be an homage to Braniff and the men and women who worked in the building. It is critical to honor those pioneers who made Dallas an important aviation center. A library will hold an aviation collection available for the public to browse. An atrium to the second floor will be created to create an inviting area. Aviation showrooms will flank the ground floor atrium anchored by notable aircraft manufacturers. At the end of the ground floor, will be a health club and 25,000 square foot ballroom. A demonstration and catering kitchen will serve the ballroom with plated dinners and conduct cooking classes to the public. Love Field currently has no capability to conduct a 1,000 plate seated dinner. See the ground floor plans here.

Upper Level

The upper level of the building will be dedicated to house various non-profit organizations and contain a dining club. The sweeping vistas of the air-side upper level is perfect for the dining club run by a major member club corporation. The upper level will also house numerous meeting rooms to facilitate business and non-profit uses. See the upper level floor plans here.

Lower Level

On the lower level will be activities dedicated to aviation. With the exception of a member-only aviation reception area, all other areas on the lower level are completely secure. There will be offices for Fortune 500 corporations and catering kitchens to serve aircraft operations. A large underground parking garage will also serve the tenants in the center section of the lower level. See the lower level floor plans here.
